Scale Group is focused on serving and supporting the institutions of Central and Eastern European financial sector. It has two members: Scale Consulting provides management consultancy and Scale Research carries out market research.

Beyond working with all key players in the regional banking and insurance, Scale Group also serves non-banking companies who are ready to take up contact with the sector. Due to the success of its practical, implementation focused approach, Scale Group works relies on a pool of some 20 consultants, 150 projects and 13 countries of operation.
